The fx-82ES PLUS A is a scientific calculator that was released by Casio post 2008 as a localised version of the fx-82ES PLUS for the Chinese market. The main difference between the fx-82ES PLUS and its Chinese counterpart is the addition of Simplified Chinese error messages and the change from a black body colour to a white body colour. It features Casio's Natural V.P.A.M., an evolution of the Natural Textbook Display used on older ES calculators, meaning that the calculator allows for more textbook-like entry of formulas and equations.
It is powered by a single AAA battery and features the COMP, STAT, and TABLE modes.
I own a single example of this calculator which is in working condition with the slide case.
This calculator is in good condition, with the holographic authenticity sticker still attached to it. There are some markings on the back of the calculator, and the case but it is otherwise in good condition. I obtained this calculator January 8th, 2024.
